The challenge

Post it while it matters.

Two busy days. Fine Food Australia fills the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, and Austrade needed coverage of its stand, events and the businesses it supports.

Content during the event. Photos and short videos had to be ready to share while the event was still running, not weeks later.

A set budget. The scope had to fit Austrade's budget without losing the rush deliveries.

What we did

Shoot, edit, deliver, repeat.

A photographer and videographer worked both days, with edits turned around overnight so Austrade's team could post as the event unfolded.

Rushes by morning

Tuesday night photo rushes were with Austrade the next morning, with three edits briefed for 24-hour turnaround during the event.

Interviews and edits

Staff and industry interviews fed a 30-second edit for each day, a trade diversification edit and an overall event recap in 16:9, 4:5 and 9:16.

Back for the roundtable

For Austrade's Melbourne roundtable with the CEO and a ministerial keynote, we delivered 20 images on the day and 49 edited images the next.
