The challenge
Stock footage, real business.
An outdated video. BAI's About Us video relied heavily on stock footage and no longer reflected what it offers.
A bigger story to tell. The new video had to cover broadcast, wireless networks for shopping centres, healthcare and rail, and networks for remote mining and resources sites.
Real sites, real people. BAI wanted its own people, towers and new office on screen, shot safely on live sites.

What we did
Go to the towers.
We planned a shoot across two states, then tied BAI's footage and the stock it still needed together with a custom animated line.
Perth and Sydney shoots
Sunrise drone at a Perth tower site, technicians at work, a tower climb and panorama in NSW, and BAI's Network Operations Centre in North Sydney.
A line that links it all
A custom animated blue line, built with 3D tracking and rotoscoping, runs through the scenes and brings the stock footage into BAI's look.
Voice, music, subtitles
A professional voiceover, a violin-led score chosen with BAI, and a subtitled version in BAI's brand font.
Site inductions, safe work method statements and drone flight plans for every tower location.
