The challenge
Show the impact. Secure the future.
A program worth funding. GameChange is a community-driven initiative backed by the City of Greater Dandenong and the Victorian Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions.
Lots to explain. Each program had its own goals, results and lessons, and all of it had to be clear to funders.
A launch deadline. The videos had to be ready to show at a launch event aimed at securing more funding.

What we did

We spent two days on site interviewing the people behind each program and filming around the council area.

New footage of the local area was cut together with archival material to show the work in action.
