The challenge
Art that is hard to film.
A program spread across the city. Now or Never runs art, music and ideas events across Melbourne at night, many at the same time.
A projection on water. The headline water projection needed a drone shoot with a 30-metre exclusion zone and a dinghy launch, on a surface the artist warned was hard to film.
Creative, not flashy. The council wanted video that showed the festival's creativity without leaning on heavy effects.

Let the light do the work.
We planned every night around the moments that mattered, then cut each one into formats the council's PR and social teams could use straight away.
PR snippets
10 and 15-second snippets cut fast for media and social while events were still running.
The water projection
A 30-second film of the water projection, shot by drone within a 30-metre exclusion zone with a dinghy launch.

45-second event wraps and a 60-second festival wrap that tells the whole festival in one minute.
