A business built on people. Omni Executive is an Australian-owned consultancy delivering defence, national security, intelligence and critical infrastructure solutions. Its edge is the calibre of its staff, which is hard to show in a capability statement.
Security on every shoot. Filming inside a defence consultancy means no visible screens, careful framing and sign-off on every shot.
Many audiences. The same brand had to speak to Defence buyers, industry partners, new recruits and staff on their first day.

Let the people tell it.
We built Omni's story around natural staff interviews, then kept coming back as the business grew, turning one shoot into brand, recruitment and induction content.
Brand and induction films
In 2023, two full-day shoots produced an induction video, three brand showcase videos, a welcome video, two aerospace ISR videos and animated logos, all with subtitled versions.
Recruitment that sounds real
Staff testimonial videos answer the questions candidates ask, from why people chose Omni to how it supports veterans, plus a Reconciliation Action Plan video.
A document suite and team photos
Branded Word templates for letters, reports, tenders and policies, plus Company Day staff and group photos and board headshots for LinkedIn and press.
Shot to defence security requirements, with subtitled versions of every film and updates as the team changes.
