The challenge
The challenge.
An ageing platform. The old Drupal site was due for replacement.
Gaps everywhere. Missing sections, policy pages and placeholder copy.
A risky move. Domain and DNS split between an old host and the client's IT provider.

What we did
Build it where they can see it.
We built the whole site on staging so the RNCAS team could review every page before anything went live, then made launch day a non-event.
A templated WordPress site
Easy to grow as the centenary program fills out.
Every gap filled
A full copy deck covering missing sections, policy pages and placeholder copy.
A clean cutover
Domain and DNS moved, analytics set up, logins handed over and post-launch tweaks turned around the same day.
Designed in Figma and built in WordPress and Elementor on Australian hosting, with Google Site Kit analytics and a Loom tutorial library so the RNCAS team can run the site themselves.
